**Overall Design**
Designed with OpenScad (screws and nuts use standard mx-screw library).
This is another caliper display stand. My printer is not fine enough to print the entire
caliper in one pass, so there are several parts to be printed. The semicircle rim is printed
in two parts (front and back) that need to be glued together. I used PLA glue. At first
I built the model around 10-32 hardware (stainless steel screws and nuts) but I later
changed my mind and printed m5 screws and nuts separately - one screw/nut for each side
of the caliper. When the two caliper sides are glued together, they hold the nuts so be
careful in the glue process not to get glue on the threads.
**Limitation**
The design isn't strong enough to support items of any significant weight. Perhaps a
stronger material than PLA or modifying the design to make parts thicker or adding
support struts could improve things.
**Photos**
