Inside the holder there are 4x M6 Hexagon nuts with flange ISO 4161 http://www.fasteners.eu/standards/ISO/4161/
You need to insert G-Code M600 X0 Y200 Z10 E0 L0
after 10mm and 15,20mm finished layers - to stop a print and add nuts.
