My camera has a strap that's attached with 1 cm wide webbing.
Unfortunately, one of the buckles broke.
Fortunately, I have a 3d printer and a basic understanding of 3D modeling!
Therefore, I present to you, a buckle designed to retain 1 cm wide nylon webbing!
I based this model on rough measurements of the remaining buckle on the camera.
~~I'm assuming this will be a WIP so updates and pictures will be forthcoming.~~
Side note I doubt will matter: My camera (that this was designed for) is a Canon Rebel EOS T6
EDIT: I've had this on my camera for over a month and it's performed remarkably, including on a camping trip that involved quite a bit of walking around with it hanging from the strap with zero worries or issues. As such, I'm removing the WIP tag. This is good to go.
EDIT 2: As a side note, I think this would definitely benefit from SLA printing as the finer resolution would help the teeth be a little more defined. It's a minor thing, it works fin
