I originally wanted to make a sign for the can but ended up with a lid instead.
Maybe I put the signs up later.
The lid is not quite 100% tight, but will keep insects and other foreign objects away from its contents.
I have tried to make it easily open able but in a way that it can be printed without support.
As seen in the picture and drawings, I have made an inclined surface which runs from the tab to the top edge of the lid, the system will then pull the top edge and grip on the in side, and thus make it easier to open the lid
The lid comes in two versions.
Lid_5_58.5.stl 5 grip Ø58.5
and
Lid_3_58.5mm.stl 3 grip Ø58.5
The 3 grip is easy to put on and take off but does not sit so close.
since not all printer and filament are the same, you may have to increase or decrease the size of the lid
Have fun!
