Canam has a no great way of holding their plastic consoles together.
They use these rubber grommets and Push Plugs
The push plugs are easy to get and inexpensive.
But.... The rubber grommets start a $7.00 US for one. (YES ONE!)
So with a bit of CAD twiddling (about 10 minutes worth) I designed one.
Best to use an FDM printer and TPU filament.
Works great. Infill at about 15% is perfect for the strength and flex.
So, Here ya go. Make as many as you need at about 2 Cents per unit.
