Cap for OLFA multipurpose cutter

This is a very simple replacement for the cap of the famous OLFA multipurpose snap-off blade cutter.
Not quite identical to the original, but does the job pretty well !
It took me 28 minutes to print, at "fine quality" (60 mm/s, 0.12 mm layer height). It should take less than half the time at standard quality.

(If it does not fit perfectly, I suggest you to scale accordingly, by very small increments)
