Capacitive Moisture Sensor v2.0

I took some inspiration from the original design and added a few features:
- Thicker walls
- Beveled edges for wire exit.
- Added a cap to seal the bottom off.

I printed the base with support structures and stood it vertically with the wire hole at the top. There's a little lip where the cap will attach, so you'll probably need to scrape that small ridge out with a knife for the cap to fit snugly.

I used hot glue to seal the wires in the cap so that water wouldn't easily get into it.
