CapIt - Sauce & Squeeze Bottle Cap

This is a simple cap designed to fit a squeeze bottle style cap. I had a squeeze bottle that I use to transfer isopropyl alcohol into other containers and lost the cap, so made one.Design considerations The cap tapers outward from a tip internal diameter of 5.5 mm to 9.5 over a distance of 17 mm creating a wall angle of approx 6.6 degrees. You can scale the X/Y and Z to meet your needs. The wall thickness is 1 mm.By changing Z more or less than X & Y you can adjust the angle of the taper to better fit your needs.My squeeze bottle includes a raised ring - yours probably does too - you want the cap to go over this ring as it creates a seal. There are two designs Plug cap - Includes a 2.4 mm high ‘plug’ with a diameter of 2.6 mm in the center of the cap designed to plug the tip.Basic cap - Deletes the plug. Square inside end.
