Cappy Fallout 4

This is a remake of the Nukaworld and Fallout Shelter robot Cappy

There is two different versions, the standard using the same pelvis and knees from the original Protectron, and a V2 using legs that come directly out of the bottom of the torso.

May need to do a little sanding on some of the joints if they are too tight, giving variances to different printers, I may add a few different waist styles too.

Added V3 of the torso and knee, adds a bar in the waist that the hip joints snap into.
