Capresso EC100 Filter Handle Latch

The filter handle comes with a plastic latch that one flips up to keep the sieve in place while knocking out the used coffee grounds. Without this latch, the sieve will rattle around and any liquid still between the handle and the sieve will get splashed around the area where you're working.
