Captain America Coaster: (Option 1, Simple Color Layers)
Background Gray: 0 to 1.0 mm
Red: 1.0 to 1.6 mm
White: 1.6 to 2.2 mm
Red: 2.2 to 2.8 mm
Blue: 2.8 to 3.4 mm
White: 3.4 to 4.0 mm
Gray: 4.0 to 7.2 mm

As you can see in the pictures, I did a lot of work on Cura to create separate G-codes for each component and at the end I was able to print the outer ring in red without crashing with the parts previously printed in my Ender 3.
I included a couple of pictures of the crash I had in my first try, I found what I did wrong and fixed it.
You can use the included G-codes to print in an Ender 3 (option 2 below)
