Car Floor Mat Protector

Summary The car floor mat on the driver's side tends to wear out first (of course). When there's a hole in the mat you have to buy a whole new set while the other three mats still may look fine. I have made a protector you can print and glue over the worn out patch, you can print this again if needed. I tried some various filaments but you need a tough material so the teardrop plate doesn't break off. The best one I have had for many months now is printed from flexible TPU, it has the best layer bond and flexes a bit under stress. So I think a flexible filament like TPE ot TPU is the best to use for this model or the teardrop plate will just break off in time. PLEASE TEST THIS BEFORE DRIVING AND BE SAFE! https://www.3dwp.nl
