Print in .2mm layer height. Gaps between moving parts are .2mm - so if you resize the model - adjust layer height appropriately.

I've included a STEP file so you can modify it as needed.

Use lots of perimeter shells for strength.

the 'groove' model has a groove and facing chine on the separated arms that prevent the floating piece from moving side to side.
