Description PDF These Card Stands are ideal for any card game that requires you to hold a lot of cards (Uno, Five Towers, etc.) or for people that have trouble holding cards (children, elderly, arthritis, etc.). The Stands and Trays efficiently nest together in the Case for storage (see the Video). Printing Instructions: Card Stand-Solid: Two required. I printed them in PLA with three perimeters, 20% lightning infill and rectilinear supports enabled (for the foot pockets). I also needed a 20mm brim to reduce warping. Card Stand-Cutout: Two required. The cutouts are required to nest around the Card Trays. I had to add two custom supports under the overhang so that it didn't droop. I printed them in PLA with three perimeters, 20% lightning infill and rectilinear grid supports enabled (for the foot pockets and the overhang). I also needed a 20mm brim to reduce warping. Trays: Two required. I printed them in PLA with two perimeters, 30% gyroid infill and no supports. Case: One required. I printed it in PLA with two perimeters, 30% gyroid infill and rectilinear supports enabled (for the latch hook). I also needed a 20mm brim to reduce warping. Handle: One required. I printed it in PLA with two perimeters, 30% gyroid infill and rectilinear supports enabled (for the button cavity and hinge area). Button: One required. I printed it with three perimeters, 30% gyroid infill and no supports. I printed it the same color as the Case, but did a material change at layer 68 (0.2mm layer height) so the button would be a different color. Spring: One required. I printed it in PLA with three perimeters, 30% gyroid infill and no supports. Foot: Sixteen required. I printed them in TPU with two perimeters, 30% gyroid infill and no supports. You must use a flexible material because the feet have an interference fit in the pockets on the bottom of the Card Stands. Assembly Instructions: As explained above, the feet need to be pressed into the pockets on the bottom of the Card Stands. I woul
