Hey, this is my take on a slim wallet for my cards. You can use 2-6 cards or slide paper money in too.
You need to print 5 different pieces. Almost no support required and easy to print in PLA. Maybe use a more durable material for the spring, sth like ABS.
Assembly:
Install the red mechanism in the white body (see pic). The tensioners need to be cut in size to have your desired tension. I used 2x 8mm pieces and superclued them on. Finally you can clue the white body to the black shell with some super glue. Try to use a small amount of glue.
