I love Wind Spinners. I've designed / 3D printed several. I saw this cardinal design on Amazon ( https://www.amazon.com/Premier-Kites-Whirligig-Spinner-Cardinal/dp/B00ID8HCDY/ref=as_li_ss_tl?dchild=1&keywords=premiere+kite+cardinal&qid=1600712770&sr=8-6&linkCode=sl1&tag=simple3d0e-20&linkId=fb53661b321a3fc22f4a855932cbd90e&language=en_US ) and made it to be 3D printed and to fit on the Prusa i3 MK3 build plate.
The design uses two opposing sets of wings. The airfoils aim the opposite directions.
The support rods are pretty flimsy for heavy winds. I found some 6mm carbon rods that are much stiffer.

I stopped putting links on Thingiverse because they kept mucking with my links so that they could make money off of them.
