I beefed up the base plate to 5mm thick, Added a bigger chamfer to the screw holes, Flattened the bottom. Previous version the hinges are the only thing that touch the print bed. Now the entire bottom of the hinge touches the print bed. I tried printing both with 5 and 7 perimeters. Both seem strong.
