Cargo Barrier Clamp

This is a little clamp I designed to be able to clamp stuff securely to a cargo barrier in a car.

I wanted a neat way to be able to bolt items to a cargo barrier in my 4WD cargo area nice and securely rather than just using a mass of cable ties like I see everyone else doing.

The idea is to make a clamp that clamps to 2 wires of the mesh secured by 2 screws and embedded nuts. You could just use these same two screws as mounting points or optionally I have added a third hole for a centre bolt to go through.

The clamp prints in 2 pieces that are designed to be bolted together and have a slight gap when screwed tight. This is to ensure that it does in fact clamp to the wire to prevent rattles. I set the default gat at 0.5mm.

The SCAD file is included for customisation. I have added all the customisable values to the top of the file for ease of use.

Pretty much every aspect can be customised.
