Cargo strap spool with old CDs

cheap and quick printable spool, for 25-30mm cargo straps.

All other spools i've found, are much bigger to print, long printing time and so too expensive. Everyone have some old CDs or DVDs or even old Blurays, which can be used as sidewalls. The spoolbody is printed in 10-15 min and need only 3,5g Material.

Use a Material wich is heat resistant, i used PETG. When you store the spools in the car in the sun, PLA will deform. PETG is strong enough, you can see at the last photo.
