Carjack Handle Replacement – Strong & Lightweight 3D Printed PartThis 3D-printed carjack handle is a durable replacement for broken or worn-out jack handles.I designed it after the original handle on my dad’s carjack snapped, and the printed part has now been used daily for over two weeks with zero issues. Made from PLA and consuming only 33 g of filament, this handle offers an excellent balance of strength and low material use. The design is optimized for durability with strength-focused geometry and recommended print orientation. I haven’t tested it in PETG because I didn’t have any available at the time, but it should generally work well with PETG thanks to its higher impact resistance and flexibility. If you need a reliable, functional replacement carjack handle, this print is a simple and effective solution.
