Carnegie Insert (Base game and expansion)

Made some minor adjustments to Mick's great insert from Thingiverse.Added all parts to be printed to plates, added color to player trays and modifiers to some of the other trays to ensure easy access to all tiles and tokens. Thanks to Mick for a great design! Happy gaming!
