This right-angle marking tool is similar to a Carpenter's Square. However, the Carpenter's Square is to be used with outside angles. This one is for a quick and easy marking of reference lines inside a cabinet. This pyramid lies flat and a right angle in all three planes. Speed Square or Multi-angle Carpenter Angle don't work well when right-angle markings needs to be done on the inside of two panels. This is useful when there's a need to add dowels, or loose tenon/domino after the cabinet is partially assembled. Precise and long pencil reference marks on two panels would make the job of positioning Dowel Jig or Festool Domino so much easier and more precise than trying to do it free hand. Prints just fine with PLA without any extra support. The model needs less than an ounce of filament. If your plate is old, room temperature is low, or you have adhesion issues due to any other reasons then print with a brim to ensure true and sharp 90-degree angles in all planes.
