Cart wheels & TPU tires

To convert a home organizer to a mini cart, I needed to add small wheels. I found Pavol's work here and redesigned to make it half a size while still housing 608 bearings in it. This wheel is 70mm (~2.8 inch) in diameter so it can roll around anywhere including carpet.   I used PETG for wheels and 95A TPU for tires. Adjust number of top and bottom layers for tires if you want them to be softer in the print profile.
