Cartographer probe nozzle offset tool - X offset

A modification of Esoterical's tool to determine the Cartographer probe offset with respect to the nozzle. This mod helps with printers that have the probe offset in the X direction rather than Y. You also need to print the "wheel" component from Esoterical, this model is just the holder that allows to orient the wheel differently for measuring from the Kobra Neo and Kobra (1sr gen).
