Cartwheel (8 spokes)

Here is an 82mm diameter dished cartwheel with 8 spokes, intended to be a less elegant version of my other cartwheel design. Please note that the spokes need to be rotated 90 degrees to lay flat on the print bed. They have a bent section at the outer end, which fits into the rim.

The wheel will benefit from some filing and sanding to remove print marks and to enable it to fit together easily. Press the spokes into the hub, getting them the right way up - they should be angled upwards from the flat base (back) of the hub, and the bent sections should fit neatly into the recesses in the back of the rim. If they are the wrong way up, it should be obvious! When all the spokes are fitted, press down on the hub to drive them home and flatten the wheel slightly.
I recommend dry assembly, then using Plastic Weld liquid to glue it - just brush the liquid into the joints for them to set hard.
