So, i have this amplifier for my car and it works great but i wanted to hide it instead of having it dangling around so i made a Case for it...
I will provide the Fusion360 file as well...
Its free for you to do anything u want with it... just give others the opportunity to do so as well if you either sell it or change it in anyway...
The top Part took me roughly 50min and the bottom 25 min.
Choose the print settings to what fits you the your needs the best.... i used 12% zigzag Cura infill (because speed), and 2 walls and bottom/top layers.
No Support needed.
The Screws i used are 3mm in diameter (M3) and with 20mm length they just about long enough to fit a nut as well.
The Screw holes in the part are quiet a bit oversized with 4mm. so in theory even m4 screws fit?
I tried heating the nuts in an effort to sink them a bit but it didnt quiet work as intended as you can see in the picture. But since the screws compress the Parts and the circuitboard and PLA is
