Simple protective case for the Flipper Zero Wi-Fi Module v1 development board. Flipper Zero Wi-Fi Board Docs: https://docs.flipper.net/development/hardware/wifi-developer-board Models Available: Full Case Requires 4x M3 screws/nuts for rigid assembly Much more reliabiliy rigid than minimal case Both ‘base’ and ‘lid’ are available with and without cutouts for debug headers Minimal Case Slightly thinner than full case (7mm vs 9mm) No tools or hardware required for assembly Relies on friction fit for rigidity, may not fit properly depending on your printer's tolerances If future disassembly isn't an issue a few dabs of CA glue on the posts can make the minimal case just about as rigid as the full case. Printing Notes These were tested on a Prusa MINI+ FFF printer with Prusament PETG. The models were built with the intention of making FFF printing as easy as possible. The “full" models include recesses for M3 screw heads and nuts, so it can be useful to enable support with a tighter pattern spacing (1.2mm) and interference pattern spacing (0.1mm) to keep things cleaner. After printing and before assembly it'll be important to carefully clean the recesses out to make sure that the hardware fits and can maintain a flush interface. SLA printing hasn't been tested but should work fine as well. If you make a print with an SLA printer I'd appreciate it if you could post a make with some comments. :) Update: 2022/12/14 Thanks for all of the support! Its been so cool to see this case used all over the place, from friends posting about their Flipper dev work online to YouTubers posting Flipper-related videos with their dev boards in this case. Massive thanks too to the folks that've posted makes or sent me messages of thanks. I don't have a Patreon or ko-fi or anything, so if you'd like to show support just post a make, print a remix, or check some of my other work on Printables. Here are a few other projects I shared during this crazy year that I'm particularly proud of: Rapid
