Case for Holmes Hobbies Crawlmaster Mini programmer

This is a case for the Holmes Hobbies Crawlmaster Mini Programmer (seen here https://holmeshobbies.com/electronics-and-wiring/programmers/serial-programming-device.html )

This requires two M2 x 6 (8 may work too)

The slot for the JST is keyed and the slot for the ESC (servo) plug is labeled with a - + S

I've left space for the pins to stick through on the bottom of the board. The diode and resister should go on the top as there is much more space inside the case on the top side.
