Case for JHewitt Wardriver kit

This is a remix of barry99705 's case for the JHewitt ESP32 Wardriver kit.

Mods:
- Base has standoffs to support the PCB
- Lid modified to accommodate a larger display
- Antenna ring is unmodified
- Optional lid that supports mounting MicroSD card on 90 degree pins for easy access

barry99705's case is completely fine to use, the modifications here are very minor improvements on a solid design.
