casio GA1000 watch strap

My casio GA1000 orange strap was nearly dead so I set about making one with some black TPU using Meshmixer and my trusty Qidi Xplus. I have printed the strap and fitted it and it works great. Took about 3 days and nights to get it right, one of the hard parts of this strap is making the hidden grove for the metal insert that is inside, In the watch side of the strap.
I used the standard TPU settings with 35% infill with 3 line wall count the side on the bed is the outside of the strap. No need for any support i did enable bridge setting. but don't think it did anything. If the buckle side breaks i will do the other side long term testing not done as this is being posted on the same day I finished the job 31/1/2023.
