You will need 13 bases for the complete game: Base game: 9 hex tilesExpansions: 2 hex tiles each one (4) Note:I added 6 "clips" that are used to store the tiles on their bases without them separating while in the box, but since they are for the 13 tiles in the complete game (Base game + 2 expansions), they would only be useful for the complete game, as I didn't design clips for only 9 or 11 tiles.
