CAT 40 Tool Holders

Unless I get a stroke of genius I'm now considering this set to be feature complete and I will only be making updates to fix flaws.

Recently saw a video posted by James at [Clough42](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCeKpbMimEGgLM_0tnghfoVw) detailing how he makes and prints tool-drawer organizers for his CNC-converted mill. I liked the concept so I adapted it to suit my larger CAT-40 holders. I wanted uniformity in terms of overall length while using as little filament as I could but still maintain strength and durability. As such I pocketed surfaces where I could to reduce filament usage and it has the added benefit of being a convenient place to put mini-torx, spare screws etc.

Where possible I've based dimensions off of industry standards but my focus at this point is on fitting *my* specific tooling. While I'll be adding more holders to this thing; don't expect me to add in variants for the other standards (NMTB, BT, Tormach style etc)
