Cat Ball Toy

This is a cat toy I made for my kittens. My cats love it. They were curious at first and then started knocking it around everywhere.

This cat ball toy is a perfect sphere geometry on the outside. The inside of the ball is hollow with the exception of a pillar on the inside that I added for structural integrity. The spine is asymmetrical so that when the ball rolls it wobbles and rolls in unpredictable ways for extra cat entertainment.

The toy is fairly lightweight at so that cats can easily push it around. I specifically designed the ball to be 50mm in diameter which is just large enough so that it won't roll under and disappear under the smallest gaps and cracks my home has to offer, like under the pantry door, around the fridge, under the oven, etc. Feel free to scale the part to your liking.

The toy is entirely made of one part. The part that makes this toy is entirely made of one sketch and one feature: a revolved boss. The toy is very simple to design.
