Cat Door Frame

I have created Cat Door frame.
Main board was created with wooden board as compound 3 layer match with sash.
core board was 3t and others each surface were 4t .
These were compounded by glue.
Sash height is 2000mm so split into 3 pieces as 2 x 700mm parts and 1 x 600mm parts..
Attached 3D parts are asserted on this lower parts.
It need 3t Acrylic board,
Door side parts and bottom parts are bonded with Acrylic glue.

Actually, 3D print parts may have some size delta and I had adjusted size by 3D print software as acrylic thick dimension as 8mm width into 8.2mm.
You can confirm your printer behavior with small length trial.
