Cat Feather Toy Replacement Arm

The original feather holder on our cat’s feather toy (from Amazon) broke, so I designed a simple replacement instead of tossing the whole thing. This printed arm screws on just like the original and brings the toy back to life in minutes. You’ll need replacement feathers, which are easy to find at most craft stores for just a few dollars. I secured the feathers into the printed arm using hot glue, then screwed the arm back onto the toy exactly like the factory part. Print settings are straightforward, and it’s sized to match the original arm. Hopefully this saves someone else from throwing away an otherwise perfectly good cat toy.
