Cat iPhone holder remix

This is a remix of the "Cat cell phone holder remix by tibuck". It adds a route for a lighting cable to allow for mounting of an iPhone. It includes a hole to mount the lightning cable connector where the phone rests and a route at the bottom for the cable to route to the back, front or sides.

The lightning cable connector is taller then the base so I added some elevation to the base. This allows the connector to sit in the base and the cable to bend under the base.

Need to fully test by printing this item and fitting cable. NOTE: Thunderstorms & bad power grid in my area with brown-outs & outages has prevented me from printing this to test. Should be able to test later this week when storms move on.
