Cute Cat Paw Wall Hook!
I saw these on a website and thought that they were over-pried so I thought I could make it myself.
they're really cute and stable, a nice double-sided tape would do the trick!
Love these sm, and I've made over 9 for all my headphones and wires.

Supports are definitely recommended, Although I didn't use them, it came out squiggly. So if you want it neat, just put in support.
