My son loves cats, so today I drew a draft and modeled one to print for him.
NOTE: It stays upright, but it's not very stable.I still don't know if the cat holds on its feet. I'm still printing. I might fix this later.
NOTE 2: *sigh* I forgot the fangs
UPDATE:
* Fangs!
* Increased head cavity for faster printing and saving material (Interestingly enough print time went from 1h45m to 2h21m. I guess infills are printed much faster than "walls").
* Flattened feet base for better support.
* Bolder eyebrows and tail.
* New tongue.
I'll print now at 0.12mm and with the cat standing so the string pattern isn't too bad and I'll upload pics in 4 hours!
NEXT: Revert head cavity: Increasing the head cavity turned out to be a bad idea. It increased the print time substantially and it's hard to remove all the inner supports; so hard I broke the fangs. The difference in material expenditure is negligible at 1g and 34cm.
