Cat40 tool holder storage sockts

I started with the design by Backhoebill but wanted to speed printing time. The tool_holder_angled.stp is has the same footprint and tool holder angle as his but prints about 3x faster.

Since I have deeper drawers, I changed the angle to 20deg and this worked quite well for my drawers. The nice thing about the 20deg holders is they are balanced and won't fall over unless you have a really top heavy tool.

I print them 16 at a time with a 0.4mm nozzle but would prefer to use a 0.6 or 0.8 nozzle for increased speed.

PETG should have good resistance to machining coolant but I suspect that PLA would not so beware of that.
