Carry a 1/3rd volume box rather than trying to fit that huge Catan box into your bag! I took a unique approach to lid sealing--but it actually holds on really securely.
Prints without supports and the main part plus lid could both be printed together on my Prusa MK3S. Using a .6mm nozzle with .4 layer height and draft speed settings from Makers Muse I can get them out in just over 10 hrs with good quality.
Photos are a version old: added a cost card holder onto the individual piece shelves and improved the dice section since then.
