Cateye Volt GoPro bracket V2

After a few years using [my original design](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2951258) I found that the ABS had slowly worn making the grip on the light not as tight. I could have reprinted it but as some people had reported that the bracket tolerances varied between printers I set about coming up with a design that would give a more secure grip of the light.

The solution was to re-use part of the original cateye bracket that comes with the lamp and build an adapter that fixes it onto a GoPro bracket. This design uses the original light clip as well as the original nut and bolt that hold it in place.
