Catnip Cat Protector

This is just a small cage to keep my cats from crushing their catnip and killing the plant as soon as it's planted. Hopefully the holes with allow the leaves to grow out so the cats can eat, rub, bite, and drool over them, but at the same time protect the base of the plant to keep it alive to be tortured another day.

I recommend burying the base of the cage and keeping cats away from it until the roots have a chance to take hold.


Notes:
The stakes turned out to be a tight fit so I'd print them at 98-95% scale.
If you add supports, be careful to make them only for the very top and smaller than the hole at the bottom, otherwise you won't be able to get them out.
I haven't printed the ExLarge one yet so I don't know how it will turn out.
