This is a tool to shape silicone, acrylic or polyurethane caulking or sealant. I needed a 12mm flat/chamfered profile to shape my silicone bond breaker prior to waterproof membrane application, so I designed this. It has 12 mm and 6 mm radius fillets and 12mm and 6 mm chamfers as measured on the hypotenuse. These profile will leave a fairly large bead of caulking on your corners. The tool is quite small so as to not waste filament and I have printed mine in TPU.Enjoy.
