CBRN Troopers

I’ve always been disappointed by how rarely CBRN troopers show up in science fiction. In a dystopian world full of insurrections, toxic battlefields, and environmental ruin, you’d think they’d be essential. So I decided to fix that. With help from a few AI platforms, I created the 2D concept art, then used MakerWorld’s Image-to-3D generator to build the mesh. I cleaned it up in MeshLab—while not perfect, I really like how the renders turned out. There are two models:- Armored trooper with large gas supply tanks mounted to the back. - Recon trooper, lightly armored but still wearing chemical protective overgarments. For printing, I prefer an 8-inch (200 mm) Z-height—it brings out the detail nicely without burning through filament. The model stands upright well enough, but organic supports are absolutely necessary due to the intricate geometry.
