This is a complete set to stack a Matek 5 in 1 PDB (or other 1-sided PDB), a CC3D Atom and your receiver.
There is a CC3D superflat stl, wich is only 10mm thick, the standard-Version is 13mm. The superflat-version is designed for smaller Quads, this version has no antenna-holes.
Use the 1mm base-plate to keep your PDB right over the CF-Baseplate of your copter, add your Matek 5 in 1 pdb and use the 5.5mm spacer to lift the bottom off the CC3D right above the parts of the pdb. Get the CC3D Atom out of the housing and put it in lower part of the box. Use the top to fix the CC3D. There are two "ears" on the top to fix yout RX antennas, use double sided tape to fix the RX. As an alternative, there are two more holes on the top to fix the rx with a zip-tie. You need 4 30mm M3 screws and nuts to fix the complete tower.
If you are flying a ZMR250, you can use the "midship-spacer" of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1599750 to mount the screws thru both bottom plates. It makes live e
