# Disc label applicator
## working prototype.
This "device" works with both standard and full-face disc labels. It was tested with both types (15mm and 41mm inner diameter).
Applicator consists of three parts:
+ **A - Pin** - 15mm diameter pin with 41mm supporting area under inner hub of disc / low socle for immobilising disc on flat surface. Socle has a height of disc so even if pushed hardly onto surface it should not apply many excessive stress on disc
+ **B - Aligner **- 15mm/41mm tube for centering standard labels; to put on Pin or spindle (height sits well on C25 box spindle).
+ **C - Pusher** - ~43mm for pushing labels down with equal forces around aligner preventing tears and stretches.
(these letters will be used in "How to use it" section).
As it is prototype it's made using mesh topology and has not rounded surfaces. Despite that functionality is preserved.
Test print was done with PLA with infill 10%. Heavy infill isn't necessary because operating with la
