I took the CD Rack by "mannesahne" for reference, built it up completely new in CAD and made 3 versions of it:
a. CD_Rack_einzel_neu: suits for single CD's
b. CD_Rack_Doppel: suits for double CD's
c. CD_Rack_Sonder: suits for most "non-conform" CD-sleeves, e.g. such as paper-sleeves or double or three-CD samplers, too.
All three versions are almost cubic, the height was the result of the needs I had.
Due to the height there is always one slot which deviates in the height compared to the other ones.
Improvements made to the rack from "mannesahne":
a. better printability, such as wall thicknesses compared to 0,4mm nozzles or bottom thickness compared to layer thickness 0,16mm (this reduced useless nozzle-travelling and in the end printing time descended from 19h to 15h!)
b. removed holes (support would be needed anyhow)
c. more wideness that most "non-conform" CD-sleeves will fit in - I measured about 15 such non-conform CD's and took the biggest values I measured
