This is a replacement ceiling fan yoke for a ceiling with a 35 deg pitch. Most ceiling fans are not designed for a slope greater than 20 degrees or so. This part accomodates the greater pitch by offsetting the placement of the downrod in the yoke by almost 10mm. At 35 degrees the rod protrudes from the cap centered. The downrod will not hang truly vertical but I have been unable to see the offset.

There are blind nuts on the inside of the yoke for bolts to secure the downrod. I designed these for 1/2" 10/24 bolts and nuts. There is also a slot in the top where a grounding wire can be inserted. It gets captured behind the downrod retention nut. Otherwise it assembles the same as the original yoke.

The yoke was specifically designed for a 52" Casa Delta-Wing Bronze Outdoor LED Ceiling Fan but I imagine it will work with a large number of different models and vendors.

I am using Slic3r to generate G-code.
SketchUp files are included.
