Ceiling Mounted Filament Shelf

I needed a filament solution that mounted to the ceiling. I only wanted one style of bracket whether the joists are running parallel or perpendicular to the shelf. The trick to running the shelf parallel to the joist is to make sure the mounting bracket is aligned with the rear edge of the joist before driving the screw. See the photo. If you don't do this you won't have enough joist to hold the weight of a loaded shelf. I did this with Sunlu PLA+ and it's working great.
