Celtic Knot Coaster

About coasters in generalThere are many coasters, but far to many fail to coast properly.In order to coast properly you need a raised edge. This is very important as it gives tactile feedback as you place your glass. Any coaster without an edge should be thrown away. The edge shouldn't be too thin, nor should it be too high. We don't want to risk the glass getting stuck risking that you pour an entire glass of flammable spirits over your pet poodle, causing it to panic, run into a candle and become the canine equivalent of Johnny Storm. About the printIn my print have I used transparent filament for the celtic knot. Due to the transparent filament being transparent I have chosen to have the coloured part entirely through my model. If you print with a non transparent filament I would suggest to only paint a few of the top layers… or don't… it's not as if this is an extremely long print either way. AssemblyIt's a coaster. You're not supposed to assemble it.
